Then medical staff massaged the superstar's heart as the ambuance sped from his home in Memphis, Tennssee, to the city's Baptist hospital. Elvis's personal doctor, George Nichopoulos, who was in the ambulance, kept on imploring the singer: "Come on, Presley, breate. Breathe for me."
